aFe Magnum Flow Pro 5R Air Filter Upgrade for Porsche Macan V6 3.0L & 3.6L

The aFe Magnum Flow 5R air filter upgrade for the Porsche Macan delivers a 5% increase in air flow to the 3.0L or 3.6L V6 engine. The kit includes two direct factory replacement filters for the Turbo, S, & GTS models. The filters are washable and reusable – this saves you a replacement service item when it’s time for regular maintenance on your Macan.

The Pro 5R filter features 5-layer progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media. The progressive layering of media allows the filter to flow at higher levels even when dirty.

aFe makes no claims for gains in performance by using the filter upgrades for the Macan. Clearly, the filters do enhance the air flow and combined with an exhaust and ECU tune, will enable a power increase. These filters last a long time and do not need to be replaced when regular maintenance is carried out. Given the cost of the factory filters and installation, these aFe filters should pay for themselves over two maintenance cycles.

Installation of the filters is very simple – there is one on each side of the engine bay. If your not comfortable tackling it yourself, we recommend that you find a local independent shop that can help.
